Just as an afterthought, I first listened to Queen shortly after Queen II was released, when I was 11 years old. My older brother, 6 years older than myself, had been driving for about a year, and then bought a neat van. He installed this great car stereo system with 8-Track, of course, and soon became my folk's "baby-sitter" as the alternate driver for both myself, and my younger brother (soccer, hockey, school, etc etc)

He had three tapes .. Queen I, and the TWO Newly released Albums/8-Tracks at that time in 1974 ... Queen II and Supertramp's Crime of the Century.

I do play keyboards and took formal music theory training and piano lessons ... and I can still play every song on Crime of the Century on the piano :) but, only a few on the Queen II (March of the Black Queen-first half, and Seven Seas of Rhye-all too poorly)
